CLASSES

 In this weekly offering, Genessa will create a safe space for you to join in sisterhood with other women as we explore topics ranging from health and wellness, motherhood, shamanism, yoga, herbalism, divine feminine, spirituality and more. Each circle begins with opening sacred space followed by teachings on a theme. Circles often include readings, singing/chanting, gentle movement, and time for reflection and journaling. 

MEETS THURSDAYS -  6:30-8:00 PM - $20.00

 Each month we will gather to share a cup of ceremonial grade cacao (drinking chocolate). Cacao is known for gently opening the heart chakra. Genessa will lead a ceremony based on that month's theme. Cacao ceremonies are an opportunity to set and share intentions, meditate, connect with others in the community, and nourish your body and soul. It is suggested you avoid or reduce caffeine intake prior to the ceremony. Please bring your own mug. 

MEETS 2nd SUNDAY OF THE MONTH

1:30-3:00 - $40.00

Our ancestors knew the local plants, their healing properties and fostered a balanced relationship with the earth. Gather in sacred circle with other earth wisdom keepers as we remember the sacred tradition of herbalism and plant medicine. Join Genessa for a hands-on herbalism experience to learn about the healing and energetic properties of various plants, mushrooms and herbs including local and invasive species often found growing right outside your door. Topics will vary, but will be focused on identification, honorable harvesting practices, plant energetics, medicinal preparations, and healing plant rituals. Cost of materials is included in the price.

MEETS 4th SUNDAY OF THE MONTH

Have you taken a reiki or energy healing class but still aren't sure you are a healer? Or do you feel like you have intuitive or psychic abilities but don't know if you really, truly are intuitive?

The secret is: you already are!

This mentorship series is designed to help you become the healer and intuitive that is already within you .

One of my favorite spiritual sayings is: "Everything I can do, you can do and more."  I love it because it works in reverse as well, "Everything you can do, I can do and more."  It's empowering.  It's limitless.  It's true.  Once we believe in ourselves and understand and BELIEVE in the power of our imagination and our ability to love, create, and heal, we can do anything and everything.   

This mentorship series includes 6 workshop sessions where we will work together to heal and release our fears and resistance so that we can become the healer within.  We will also activate and access the healing and intuitive abilities we already have but have lost or forgotten when came through the veil into this living experience.  This will also include healing or intuitive practice shares and experiential learning-- the best way to expand is through actual practice and the shared energy that is created through the healing experience.

It also includes 3 individual, unique intuitive guidance and healing sessions with Larissa Thera where we can receive further information about your soul's expression and how to enhance and refine your healing and intuitive abilities.

Now is the time to begin living in your truest light - the highest expression of you -- through your unique gifts and abilities so that you can help others heal and grow on their own paths.

This course is open to anyone who has taken any classes in a healing modality or feels called to be a healer or intuitive but hasn't taken their first steps yet.

The first session will be offered in-person at Azura Zen Den in Middletown, CT beginning Monday, January 11, 2021 at 6:30-8:00 PM.

The second session will be offered exclusively online beginning Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 6:00-7:30 PM EST.

Individual sessions can be scheduled based on mutual availability and will be available both in-person and remotely.
