During this intimate session, you will be guided through a private ceremony to allow the spirit of Cacao to support you. Cacao is a drinking chocolate known to support the heart chakra. This ceremony will offer you the sacred space needed to ease the process of grief, reconnect with your heart’s inner knowing or allow space to invite others into your heart on a deeper emotional level.

During this session, you and a partner will be guided through a special ceremony designed to support connection and communication on a deeper soul level. With the assistance of the Spirit of Cacao, Genessa will guide each of you to speak what is in your heart in a safe and supported space. This ceremony is perfect for couples seeking to re-establish trust, form a deeper connection, or to simply celebrate your love for one another.

Shamanic energy healing works on all levels to restore balance and harmony to the physical, emotional and spiritual body. This session is designed to empower you to be an active participant in your own healing. While each session varies and is based on an individual's needs, many sessions include: breath work, guided visualization and time for integration. Genessa may use various shamanic healing techniques including but not limited to: drumming, rattling, chanting, and journeying.

During this reading, we will use one of the 13 faces of the Goddess to offer guidance for your life. The reading begins with setting an intention. Then, using her intuition and oracle deck, Genessa will determine an aspect, or face of the Goddess that can support you on your spiritual journey. This includes qualities and shadow elements of the archetype, as well as how to work with the archetype (e.g. symbols, elements, animals, sacred tools, crystals, flowers or herbs, and mantras).

Based on the Wise Woman Tradition, which empowers women to be actively involved in their health & healing, we  view your body as whole & sacred--just like the earth. We explore how to honor the natural cycles of a woman’s life--the changes from maiden, to mother, to crone (menstruation, pregnancy & childbirth, menopause). We focus on mindset work, nutritional & lifestyle changes, herbal allies to provide nourishment & support on all levels--physical, mental, emotional & spiritual. 

90 minutes 

This includes a wellness check-in, intention setting, an intuitive reading & a guided meditation to meet a plant ally that wants to work with you. This uncovers energetic blocks in the body & how your plant ally will support you. Genessa will share your plant ally’s energetic qualities & herbal actions and help you experience a deeper connection to your plant. After your session, Genessa will share a plant profile, & how to obtain, prepare & continue to work with the plant. 

This is an interactive and co-creative healing process where Larissa brings in your higher self, spirit guides, and teams from the angelic realm to transform your inner light bodies in a meditative experience. Available for 30, 45, 60, and 90 minute sessions.
